Now: Not clean, many things are broken,no space: Sleeping area has less than 1 sq.m. per person (3 level beds with very small space between levels), no places for your things - everything should be in the lockers (but a padlock you should buy). Cheap soma rice includes breakfast, but towel and even blankets you should rent. Location is good, especially if you are interested in Guggenheim museum and shoping area. But actually it's not really central.
