Feb 08, 2020 - Casa Luisa was a wonderful place for us to stay in Cuba. It is very centrally located, clean and extremely reasonably priced for the value. We stayed in the top room which is on the roof, but it has a private bathroom and access to the rooftop patio and it was super cool. Plus Luisa and her daughter Ole and lovely and very warm. They provided breakfast and clean water and recommendations for things to do and see in Havana while still allowing you as much autonomy as you like. Highly recommend!

Jul 30, 2018 - Nos gustó mucho estar en casa de Luisa! Muy amable y siempre cuidando que estuvieramos bien. Lo único qu echamos de menos es que no nos ofreció un desayuno pero si que nos preparaba café (gratis) cada mañana, que no todas las casas lo hacen. También nos lavó la ropa y no nos quiso cobrar, lo que se agradece mucho. En cuanto a la habitación hay que decir que se estaba bien ya que tiene aire acondicionado pero la cama era un poco incomoda para dos, pero si eres una persona que se adapta, ¡en general es una buena casa para tu estancia en la Habana!
Apr 04, 2018 - Great place, great people, food was amazing. very close to a wifi park. There was 4 of us that stayed here, and we all felt very safe. it was a wonderful experience. If we are ever to go back to havana i would definately stay here again :)

Aug 26, 2017 - The Casa Luisa is located in central part of Havana near small park with wi-fi and street food. Mrs Luisa and her family was very friendly and helpful - she offered us water, helped us order a taxi and gave us various informations about area and people. Breakfast is very huge!! Fruits, eggs, bread, juice, coffee and many more.. You will not be hungry, trust me! The house area is calm and non-turistic, you can experience normal, daily life. Also it was very safe. The room is cosy and has window, modern A/C (works perfectly) and has private bathroom on the corridor. Althought there was no hot water at our stay, the atmosphere was very warm :) Also we could use a small balcony and kitchen- Mrs Luisa was very hospitable, she tried her best to make us feel like at home! I recommend this place very much!!

May 01, 2017 - Very kind and helpfull people. The owner doesn't speak english but try to communicate. Breakfast is good. Our bed was bad. The shower is only cold water and runs little water... I visited totally 7 casa's, other casa's were better......
Apr 30, 2017 - My best friend and I chose to stay at Luisa's during our short vacation in Havana, and it was MARVELOUS. She is so welcoming and friendly and her house is beautiful and quaint. Our favorite thing to do in our downtime was sit out on the balcony and admire view. The house is in central Havana, and walking distance from many shops. She was also very helpful with our questions on what we should do during our short stay. I highly recommend staying at Casa Luisa.
