Jun 26, 2016 - The room was clean, the staff were friendly and the amenities worked. The location in Pireaus was 5 minutes from the metro and Port ferries but not within walking distance from central Athens. (unless your up for a long walk). Would consider staying there again.
Aug 23, 2015 - We stayed in the hotel just for one night. Was clean and friendly and helpful staff. They have breakfast for 8 euros. The location was a little bit further from the center but very close to the port (Piraeus) so great if you need to catch an early ferry or arrive into Athens with a late ferry.

Oct 01, 2014 - We booked this because it was close to the port. It's not a great area but once you know where the restaurants are and can navigate your way around it's a great spot. Close to metro - direct to centre of Athens. Staff are ok, not super helpful and a bit depressing! Room was good, bed comfortable, good shower. For 40 euro a night we were very happy! Plus a 6 euro breakfast also gets you a free transfer to the port. Be sure to get ferry tickets the day before travel (morning queue horrendous). Would stay again.
Sep 14, 2014 - Quaint little hotel in convenient location to port and metro and airport bus. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. I would definately stay there again

Jun 18, 2014 - We were pleasantly surprised at Hotel Argo. For only 30 euros we found a neat room with bathroom and a lovely breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and our transport to the ferry was well-organized.
Apr 07, 2014 - WE LOVED THIS PLACE. We arrived late at night and the directions given to us were spot on. It was easy to find and we were welcomed with an amazing gentlemen that helped with directions to the ferries. Which was only a 7 minute walk. The showers were amazing; along with the balcony that was equal in size to our room. It was clean and well kept. Highly recommend staying here

The staff were very helpful and the location was spot on, being only a five minute drive to the port,
The hotel provided a free shuttle bus to the port which made life so much easier. I'd stay here again.
The only downside was the smell on the first level.
